Breathing is something we do every moment, yet it often goes unnoticed. When we bring a little awareness to it, the breath can become a simple way to reconnect — with the body, the present moment, or whatever we’re experiencing right now. Breathwork and different breathing exercises can support different moments: some feel grounding, others energising, clarifying, or simply steady. There’s no single “right” way to breathe. You’re invited to explore these practices, try them in different situations, and notice what feels most supportive for you, here and now.
